Este es otro ejemplo de reclamación en un email que escribí para esta misma clase. Todos los emails que escribo son ejercicios míos hechos en clase para que podamos practicar y seguir las diferentes partes del email y reclamaciones. En este en concreto podemos ver lo directo que es, reclamando desde el primer momento cuál es el problema y qué es lo que se pide para resolver el problema.

I would like my money back, because I am very disappointed with the desk I purchased from your company.
I also believe I should be reimbursed for the charges. The advertisement in your catalogue describes the desk as a “North American white oak desk embellished with hand-inlaid walnut cross-banding.” The desk I received was completely unsatisfactory. The wood finish is rough, the grain is splotchy, and many of the drawers are difficult to pull out.
